Overview
We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information is processed when you use this website, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to this policy.
Content you enter
Drafts in the editor are stored only in your browser’s local storage and are not uploaded to our servers automatically. Local tools in the toolbox — such as Base64, URL encoding, JSON, hash, and XMind to Markdown — run entirely in your browser and never upload your content.
The PDF to Markdown tool sends your uploaded file or document URL to this site’s backend, where it is processed by the MinerU document parsing service; please do not upload sensitive files. When you click Generate, Expand, or Simplify, or use AI tools such as the AI Text Assistant, AI Brainstorm, AI Flashcards, or the Mermaid diagram tool, your text is sent to an AI model provider for processing. When tracing is enabled, requests may also be recorded in Langfuse to troubleshoot and improve the service. Please do not enter passwords or other sensitive personal information.
Anonymous feature events
If optional anonymous feature analytics are enabled, we record functional events such as whether a tool run succeeded and the export format, to understand whether features work. These events never include input text, generated output, file names, document URLs, or any identity, and they are off by default.
AI allowance and parsing tasks
To enforce the shared allowance of 30 calls per account each month, we store the account ID, allowance month, monthly usage, document task IDs and timestamps. Metering does not automatically store document text or generated content. The allowance resets on the 1st at 00:00 Beijing time (UTC+8).
Sign-in and cloud library
Google sign-in is handled by Supabase Auth used by this site, which may receive the basic profile Google returns, such as account identifiers, email, display name and profile picture. The site interface uses only the verified account ID, email and display name. Session credentials are stored in this site's HttpOnly cookies, not exposed to page scripts.
During explicit cloud actions such as saving, updating or restoring, map Markdown, topic/input, generation settings and related history snapshots are stored in the Supabase database used by this site and linked to your account. Library actions do not automatically upload other local files, background-sync or migrate the local library. Row-level security lets ordinary signed-in users read and write only their own cloud records, with up to 30 maps per account and 3 history versions per map. Cloud storage is not end-to-end encrypted; the site operator and Supabase may process these records through controlled access needed to provide the service.
The local library (IndexedDB) is shared within the same browser/device, not isolated by Google account. Working drafts are stored separately for guests and accounts in localStorage, but local data is unencrypted and is not securely isolated from other people using the device. Signing out does not delete local drafts or the library. On shared computers, use a private window, back up important content and clear this site's local data before leaving.
Cookies and local storage
We set a cookie named locale to remember your interface language and use local storage for drafts. These are used only to provide site functionality.
Google AdSense
This site uses Google AdSense to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.

Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to measure anonymous page views and performance. These tools do not use cookies and do not identify you personally.
Children’s privacy
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
